Hospitalisation Claim
"So far, I am happy with the Sihat Malaysia card. Just recently, my son broke his left arm while
playing basketball at home. We went to Ampang Puteri and the KAD paid all the hospitalisation cost. Alhamdullillah.. Tapi before
admission tu leceh sikit, the hospital needs to confirm with your
company and that took some time, sampai my son dah menangis
kesakitan. So I ended-up paying the deposit first for admission.
Later they refund my money back when they get the confirmation.
Anyway Oklah...the bill was 5K!!!
So now I thought of buying one more card for my brother whose
details I've given in my earlier mail. When can I get the form?"

- "Selepas mengguna kad Sihat Malaysia selama 6 bulan, saya
terfikir untuk berhenti kerana saya tidak membuat apa-apa claim
perubatan tetapi, En.
Azha menasihatkan saya supaya meneruskan sehingga akhir tahun kerana
risiko kehidupan sekarang tidak menentu dengan adanya pelbagai
penyakit yang boleh menimpa keluarga saya. 2 hari selepas itu, anak
saya ditimpa jangkitan virus dan terpaksa dimasukkan ke Pusat
Perubatan GlenEagles dan HUKM.

sebanyak 3 kali termasuk menerima rawatan ICU dan En. Azha selalu
